Procedures
We share these policies and procedures with
our clients in order to offer the best services at the highest efficiency in order to create a
dependable & professional establishment.
Appointment
Scheduling
Every effort is made to schedule
appointments appropriately. Please be courteous and prompt when arriving for a scheduled
appointment. In the case that you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule, we
require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment.
Children
We at Salon Visionary love children and
provide children's hair service. However, due to limited space and safety concerns we require that
all children be supervised while in our salon. For lengthy salon appointments that do not
include children's services we ask that you leave the children with another caretaker or at
home.
Personal
Belongings
We are not responsible for loss or damage to
your personal belongings. Please change into smocks provided by our stylists to protect your
clothing. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Financial and Payment
Policy
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and debit
cards are all acceptable forms of payment.
Gratuities
Our salon prices do not include
gratuities. Any gratuity paid to an employee is greatly appreciated.
